The Dance

The movement between Sun and Moon each month is a marvelous sequence of cosmic choreography. When the Earth is involved...as it is is now in this and every Lunar Eclipse...the dance changes. It becomes a synergy of three.

Three (3). A unique energetic in a number. It is the most simple version of foundation. Think of the 3-legged stool. It is not the most sound version of structure or support, but it allows for the beginning of greater structures with more solid foundational energy. It is this energy that I think of with our current Lunar Eclipse. From the perspective of numerology, 3 is the basis of creation, fertility, creativity, abundance. The polarizing energies of 2 become the possibility of something new in the 3. We witness synergy in action.

The Line-up. The difference we experience today is the physical presence of the Earth stepping in between the Sun and the Moon to cast her shadow on the face of the Moon. And why should we bother with this? The Sun is our cosmic representative of shine and vitality as human beings. Conversely then,  the Moon represents our receptive and inner guidance system. The Earth steps in to offer the Full Moon a moment of grounding so all of us may experience a moment of release of active and communicative energies that have been circulating within us in our deepest reserves. That is one of the strongest meanings of grounding.

Gemini energy bears witness. We have spent the last 6-8 months doing just this. Whether we have a multitude of Gemini energy surrounding our natal mandala energies, or not, we all have an opportunity today to bear witness to all the talking and listening in an effort to move it to a place of perception and understanding. Gemini Full Moon is here now to remind us that we are always in a cycle of gaining information, sifting through it, and then considering the options and scenarios that come from our interactions with words, thoughts, intentions, imagination, creative communication....finding our voices. These words are the touchstones to Gemini wisdom.

Gemini energy asks us to live with curiosity and wonder...but most especially without judgment. This energy supports considering options. False conclusions or even those rendered prematurely can be the shadow energy of this full moon.

So, what to do?

Symbolically, the Earth positions between the Sun and the Moon today. Our Mother Earth suggests a grounded approach to the release of all the Gemini questions we have endured over this past year. The Earth opens her arms wide to accept the release...she wishes for us to let go of the pent up energy. We must seek out safe harbors to find our true voices. These are found through the ear of trusted others on a one-to-one basis...or...in the solitude of a mountain bike on single track trails. At least at first. The release can be grounded or the shadow side of false evidence appearing real (FEAR) can emerge.

Go find your safe harbor. All the questioning, talking, hearing, listening can turn into perceiving and understanding. Questioning does have a destination in the context of this Gemini Full Moon. The healthy destination is an answer to the cosmic symbology. Release. Ground. Pause. Breathe. Consider the possibilities. Allow for perception to become clear. Manifest understanding. The end is always the beginning.🌠
